Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges can be processed online here.
Once your return/exchange is submitted online, you have 5 business days to get it shipped.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of the shipping date and will be refunded to the original form of payment.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that it was received. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee depending on their condition when returned (i.e. make up stains, perfume, etc.)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund before and after we receive it.
If your return is approved once we receive it, your refund (less original ship fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few days.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items depending on their condition when returned.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Orders are refunded as soon as the return has arrived and gone through processing. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted; if you have not received a full refund after a few days of us receiving your returned item, please check your account, then contact your bank or credit card company for pending transactions. After these steps, if you still have not received proof of your refund, please contact us at info@olayagolf.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order for the replacement item you would like before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item. There will be no shipping cost to ship exchange item back to you. 
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return or exchange your product, please get follow instructions here.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that your returned item will arrive to us.
