Shipping Information
Orders ship between 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. If order is placed on Friday after noon CST, it will not ship until following Monday. If you need the order shipped ASAP, contact us at team@olayasport.com and we will try suggest the best shipping option and try to get the order shipped quickly.
Due to high demand, some products may take 2-4 weeks to ship as indicated on the product page.
Pre ordered products will ship according to the estimated ship date on the specific product page. Orders that include product for pre order, will all ship together.

Other Information
Items that are shipped are provided with a tracking number. If the tracking number on your account marks "delivered", there is nothing we can do about lost items. This could be a result of doorstep theft, or failure of the post office and is not the responsibility of Olaya Golf LLC.
